June 2021 Update Report - My 1crore Financial Freedom in 5 Years

Hello Internet, Here I am after a gap of 3 months, publishing my 1 Crore Financial Freedom projects update for the month of June 2021. During the month of June, I haven't made any notable investments. These are the investments made on June 2021: Equity : 1115.65/- SIP:200/- Mutual funds: 500/-. That's all the investments made. I have sold only one equity stock, once it reaches above 15% and 30% , which gave me a an average profit of 23.66%. In currency, its just 54.6 INR, which might a non worthy profit. But, I always suggest you guys to see your profit in percentage and not in currencies. Because, making a profit of 23.66% within 30 days is a huge profit, when compared to other investments like mutual funds or bonds or even fixed deposit, (Average annual interest provided by banks are 7-8%). On the other side in forex trading I was making a quite good profit till 16th of June. Unfortunately, I made a miscalculation on a big event, and made a big mistake of not setting a STOP L

Change in my investment plan

Hi, Here I am writing this to inform a quick change in plan in my investments. I was expecting a personal loan from bank to take care of my others stuff and to invest on my new office here in Kollam. But that didn't go well. I am not sure, why its difficult for them to provide me with atleast a minimum of 1 lakh personal loan. Officially I am having a monthly income of 50k+. The reason they gave is that my majority of income is from outside India. Really? Wherever its coming, its my hard earned money by providing software/web development services to my offshore clients and its transferred through the same bank account and they even charge me for currency conversion. When it comes to insurance or other sort of investment like FD or mutuals or bonds, they dont want to know about m income or even whether I am employed or not, not a problem for them. Quite frustrating. So here I am changing my plans. From now on, I will also invest funds from my investors to meet my target of 1 crore

Present Day Youths

Hi folks, Do you know how today's youths planning for their life? You know, that I am from a village Palukal , which is in the district Kanyakumari of Tamilnadu State, India. I have seen many youths especially boys were ruining their life with drugs. In that many of them were accused with minor issues with the society.
